Loosing Weight isn't Easy!!!

I am going to document what I eat so I can keep track of how many calories I am consuming for the day.
Breakfast: 1 Serving of Oatmeal with 1/2 banana
Lunch: Tuna Medley....very good and only 110 calories
8 flat bread crackers only 70 calories
2 Bottles of Water
For snack Slimfast Bar only 100 calories
